Short Description
We frequently receive glad tidings of success, recovery, relief, getting advantage, and others. This all is granted by Allah who says in the Quran: (And whatever you have of favor - it is from Allah), An-Nahl, 53.
We frequently receive glad tidings of success, recovery, relief, getting advantage, and others. This all is granted by Allah who says in the Quran: (And whatever you have of favor - it is from Allah), An-Nahl, 53.
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) instructed us to prostrate in gratitude for Allah on receiving glad tidings which is related by Abu-Dawud on the authority of Abu-Bakrah that Prophet (PBUH) used to fall prostrating his face to ground showing gratitude to Almighty Allah on receiving glad tidings).
Indeed, this is a great sunnah, as it does not only declare gratitude to Allah alone, however to all people which brings out haughtiness from hearts and make us humble to the Lord of all worlds.
