US Lifts Libya Sanctions

The US lifts sanctions which it had earlier imposed on Libya, and restores the bilateral relations between the two countries after it was severed for 24 years. The US didn’t restore its relations with Libya nor did it lift the sanctions on it until Libya had renounced its nuclear program and showed its security cooperation with the US.
