30th of Zul Hejja, 1332 AH/ November 18th, 1914 AD: Death of Shebly el Nomany, a notable Indian Muslim scholar in the modern age and one of the icons of the European scientific renaissance. He worked a professor at Aligarh Muslim University( AMU), and was a promoter for and advocate of Islamic . He participated in founding the Nadwat al Ulema Library and University in the Indian city of Linko.
