Death of Sheikh Maktoom Bin Rashid Al Maktoom the emir of Dubai who doubled as the vice president and the prime minister in the United Arab Emirates. He ruled Dubai Emirate as early as 1410 AH/ 1990 AD. He was known for his love of Arab Islamic heritage and people. He encouraged the original Arab sports such as hawks hunting, camel races, boat races, horse riding and raising Arab horses.
