17th of Zul Hejja,Year 1392 AH/ January 22nd, 1973 AD: Death of American president Lyndon Johnson. After the assassination of President Kennedy in 1963, Johnson stood for the presidential election which was held in 1964 and won the election thereof. He continued president until year 1868, the same year when Nixon won the presidential election.
