6th of Thul Hejja Year 158 AH/ October 7th, 775 AD: Death of Abdullah Ibn Mohammed Ibn Ali, alias Abu Jaafar el Mansour the real founder of the Abbasid state who was able to establish his state and its institutions and crush all the seditions and rebels which were staged against it. He was characterized by efficiency, capability and organization, characteristics which worked in favor the state and its affairs. Of his greatest works was the establishing of the city of Baghdad to eventually take it as a capital of the caliphate.
